August: “AMERICA: West of the Rockies”, Western America was defined by artists after its discovery by early explorers and pioneers. It was a land of history and legend, with cowboys and Indians, endless landscapes, majestic mountains, and a new vast source of wealth - all of which lured people from East Coast America and around the world.
